Bandh will be observed from 6 am to 6 pm

Singhu Border, 25 March (Sangrami Lehar Bureao)- On 26 March, on the completion of 4 months of farmers struggle at Delhi, SKM has given a call of complete Bharat Bandh on 26th March, against the anti-farmer government. Various farmers’ organizations, trade unions, student organizations, bar associations, political parties and representatives of state governments have supported the bandh call of the Samyukta Kisan Morcha.

This bandh will be observed from 6 am to 6 pm. All shops, malls, markets and institutions will remain closed under complete Bharat Bandh. All minor and big roads and trains will be blocked. All services will remain suspended except for ambulance and other essential services. The effect of Bharat Bandh will be observed inside Delhi as well.

The roads on which the farmers are protesting near Delhi are already blocked. During this time alternative routes were created. These alternate routes will also be blocked from 6 am to 6 pm during tomorrow’s Bharat Bandh.

The demands of the Bharat Bandh are as follows.

  • Reduce prices of diesel, petrol and gas An appeal is made to all the protesting citizens to make this bandh successful while being peaceful. Protesters are advised to not get involved in any kind of illegitimate debate and conflict. It is a result of the patience of the farmers that the movement has gone so long that we are constantly getting successes.
