Jalandhar : As a protest against the ever rising prices of diesal, petrol and cooking gas and also to oppose the job consuming policies of the governments, Com. Mangat Ram Pasla and Com. Mohamad Ghause, Convenors of the Left Co-ordination committee, comprising Revolutionary Marxist Party of India and Marxist Communist Party of India (United) have urged upon the people to observe complete Hartal on September 10.
Both the leaders strongly condemned the Modi government for its total failure in controling the prices of these essential commodities, which are casting a mortal effect on the inflationary trend in the country, and has further increased problems of the masses in general. They demanded immediate end to the decontroling of the prices of petrolium products and abolishing heavy taxes, levied both by the centre and state governments on these items of vital uses in agriculture, transportation and industrial inputs etc..
