When I first heard about Lizaro Casino, I assumed it was just another generic online gambling site. The reality is more nuanced. The platform offers over 250 games from top developers like NetEnt, Microgaming, and Evolution Gaming, plus a welcome bonus of 100 % up to £200 and 200 free spins on the popular slot Starburst. That’s a solid start, but the real test lies in the day‑to‑day experience.
What Does the Game Library Look Like?
Walking through the lobby, the variety is immediately noticeable. Slot enthusiasts can pick from classic 3‑reel titles, immersive video slots with 5 reels and 243 ways to win, and themed machines that pay out big on the high‑volatility side. For table game lovers, there are live dealer rooms featuring blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, each hosted by professional dealers and streamed in 1080p. The live casino also offers a “quick spin” option for slots, allowing you to play a single spin for just £0.50.
One detail that sets Lizaro apart is the inclusion of a dedicated “Progressive Jackpots” section. Here, a handful of slots feed a shared prize pool that can reach £500,000 in a single spin. However, the odds of hitting the jackpot are roughly 1 in 15 million, so patience is required.
When it comes to mobile play, the site’s responsive design works well on both iOS and Android. The app itself, however, is not available on the App Store; you must use the mobile browser. This minor inconvenience doesn’t affect gameplay but is worth noting for users who prefer a dedicated app.
How Do the Bonuses Stack Up?
The welcome package is generous: 100 % up to £200, 200 free spins, and a 5‑day deposit bonus that adds 25 % to every deposit made within that window. The wagering requirement for the free spins is 35x, which is on the higher side compared to other UK casinos. If you’re a high‑roller, you’ll find the 3‑day 50 % bonus on deposits over £500 attractive, but the requirement remains 35x.
Regular players can benefit from a weekly “Reload” bonus that offers 10 % back on deposits, capped at £50. There’s also a loyalty program that rewards you with points for every £1 wagered; points can be exchanged for cash or bonus credits. The loyalty tier thresholds are 2,000, 5,000, and 10,000 points, unlocking progressively better rewards.
One drawback is the lack of a true cashback option. While the loyalty points can be redeemed for cash, the rate is 1 % of the net loss, which is modest. For players who prefer a safety net, this is a limitation worth considering.
What About Security and Customer Support?
Lizaro Casino is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, which means it adheres to strict regulatory standards. All transactions are encrypted with 256‑bit SSL, and the site uses a random number generator (RNG) certified by eCOGRA for fairness. The withdrawal process is straightforward: standard deposits and withdrawals take 1–3 business days, while cryptocurrency options can be settled in as little as 30 minutes.
The support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email. Response times are generally under 10 minutes, but the FAQ section is limited, so you’ll often need to wait for a human reply. There is no phone support, which might be a deal‑breaker for some users.
How Easy Is It to Get Started?
Signing up is quick: you fill out a form, verify your email, and then you’re ready to deposit. The site accepts a range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, and several crypto wallets. The minimum deposit is £10, which is standard for UK casinos.

Bottom Line
Lizaro Casino offers a solid mix of games, a competitive welcome package, and reliable security. Its main shortcomings are the high wagering requirements for free spins and the absence of a robust cashback program. For players who enjoy a broad selection of slots and live dealer tables, and who are comfortable navigating a web‑based mobile interface, Lizaro can be a worthwhile addition to their gambling repertoire.
