Revolutionary Marxist Party Of India (RMPI) expressed deep sorrow over sad and untimely demise of world famous playwright, director and artist Madam Madiha Gauhar. Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla, General Secretary, in a press statement issued today called the legendary multi talented personality, ” A Great Cultural Ambassador” Mr. Pasla further stated that along with serving mother tongue Punjabi, she devoted her life to establish peace and ease relationships between India & Pakistan. She established herself, in such a manner, through her great deeds, that she was equally loved and respected by the progressive minds of both countries. She boldly and admirably worked in a tough and anti women atmosphere to strengthen the progressive, secular, democratic values. She fought against the patriarchy in a daring style and never compromised this anti human trait. Comrade Mangat Ram Pasla paid rich tributes to the Great Art Ambassador on behalf of RMPI, mass organisations and and peace lover everywhere in the world.
